Review of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004) by Norman B — 22 Dec 2013
I will not put the mark I think this film has in my mind: It is inclassifiable. From this surprising, bored and sad Jim Carrey and that crazy, witty Kate Winslet to its very original, outstanding script, comes a film that will make you think Salvador Dalí and Luis Buñuel were explaining normal daily routines in their works.
It has some of the weirdest things I've seen in a film ever, but some of the most beautiful ones too. It is chaotic and well-prepared. It is a bad and a genious film all-in-one. It is a wonderful stupidity.
