This movie is the one movie everyone looks back on and remebers why it made them happy as a child. Great family film (minus the cursing) with a great story to tell. No other film seemed to capture the imagination as E.
T. when it originally appeared back in 1982 and it seems like the hype has never gone away. Truly one of Steven Spielberg's gifts to the world.
