Review of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982) by Danny O — 08 Nov 2014

ET is a memorable and touching movie. The characters all feel very real, and all are well acted. The premise is silly, but the way it is made makes this a classic film. As a viewer, you really feel the connection between Elliot and ET, and the film provides plenty of laughs.

The final scene is very emotional, and the journey of this movie is one well worth taking. My minor complaints include that the movie becomes a bit predictable, and sometimes the sentimentality gets a bit much for me.

This is a great movie, and should be seen by all kids. his is terrifically directed and entertaining classic. E.T. The Extra Terrestrial gets 4/5 stars (A-).
