A pair of adorable kids seem to be witches. they follow a map to witch mountain, chased by the authorities who want to exploit their psychic abilities. they escape by flying car. it turns out they are actually some sort of aliens.
nice to see a kids movie that doesnt insult the intelligence of kids.
