For a film with only 1 American (Arkin) "EFS" is very well done. With no budget it still deals with a horrific topic without going grandiose (as Schindler's List is prone to do in places) and has a couple of scenes that are hard to watch.
Very accurate, Hauer is fantastic as Sasha.
