Escape from New York directed by John Carpenter starring Kurt Russell, Lee Van Cleef and Donald Pleasence.
This is a grand flick, and one that I have watched more enthusiastically, it contains some of notable atmospheric art-direction, as well as beautiful plot to follow. Kurt Russell's cold character Snake Plissken perfectly matches with the climate of the plot. Bob Hauck character played by Lee Van Cleef, wears fabulous touch of uniform, which makes him unique amongst many other influential characters of the film.
