Review of Escape from L.A. (1996) by Colin F — 19 Apr 2012
Very entertaining film but really is just a rip off of Escape from New York the first film in this series, even the characters use the terms this seem familiar and predictable as most of the plot devices are from the first film.
On the plus though it is great to see Kirk Russell as Snake again and there are some great scenes such as when Snake is playing Basketball to save his life, the ending I thought was good too. A good film but would of been better if it had been more original and less like the brilliant Escape From New York.
