I recently saw the film. Escape to LA. In my opinion and I'm sure others as well.
It's not one of the big ya movies. John Carpenter maybe a great film director but he lacks one thing in this film. Realism. The film has cheesy scenes at some points.
And it doesn't compare at all to his 1978 horror film Halloween.
This is an action film. Right? So please make it as real as possible. I recommend this.
Movie only to people who can put aside the fakeness.
