This does make Prison Break seem like an unoriginal rip off piece of crap. All it did was add a tattooed man, and some more modern day gadgets. Go ahead. Watch both. Guaranteed confirmation.
This one gets the kudos because it was made back in 1979 when Wentworth Miller was just 7 years old. Clint Eastwood may not ever play a very convincing prisoner, but when it comes to breaking out of something, he's got it all.
