Review of Escanaba in da Moonlight (2001) by Greg R — 27 Mar 2005
The weather here has been fantastic. It's been sunny all week, and it's getting progressively warmer out. Yesterday, Joe and I went and hiked Dead River. There are a lot of trees out there, so most of the snow hadn't melted yet. 'Twas gorgeous! I can't even begin to describe what it looked like.
I finally got my christmas present from Emily. She sent me a copy of Escanaba in Da Moonlight. And if that wasn't cool enough, it was autographed by Jeff Daniels! Pretty sweet, eh?
I bought Some Like It Hot at target on friday for $7. I love that movie. Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis make two of the most unconvincing women ever.
Joe was up this weekend. Great to see him. I miss that guy. Sarah's in Portland all week on her spring break. I'm at home . . . alone . . . on Easter. Not that I really celebrate Easter, not being a christian and all, but man, there's nothing like a major religious holiday that you don't celebrate to make you feel cut off from the world. *sigh*.
