Review of Escaflowne: The Movie (2000) by Stacy C — 26 May 2006

I adore this movie... the characters are recognisable from the characters in the TV series, despite the change in style, I believe it the style is nicer than the series and it's nice that Milerna looks tougher.

.. The movie itself feels a little tougher around the edges than the series and in a way maybe a little rushed but trying to tell a story in a movie is different than making it into a series... It just seemed to feel better to me, than the series.
