Well it's what you would expect from an Ernest movie. Funny and a little on the cheesy side. When Santa wants to retire he picks a washed up actor that has a kids show to be the next Santa. When Santa comes for the new one he gets aced in jail and it's up to Ernest to save him and save Christmas.

This I think is one of the better Ernest movies. I like it when he dresses up and plays other characters like in this the guy that had the truck full of snakes which was pretty funny. It's a funny movie and helps bring on the Christmas cheer.
