Review of Ernest Goes to School (1994) by Marius S — 08 Aug 2008
Good to watch if you're bored and have nothing else to do. Been on tv a lot so I have seen parts of it. Finally watched it all the way through the other night. The "school scientists" invent a machine that turns Ernest into a genius so he can pass his tests and graduate high school after being told that he must do so in order to save his job as janitor.
Some of it's just so dumb it's funny. One of my favorite parts is at the end when Ernest give this music box he made to the band teacher and when he opens it, it makes this really piercing noise and that little ballerina is spinning around at Mach 1.
You'd have to appreciate these things as I do.
