It's classic Ernest. Not quite as good as his first films but just seeing the crazy antics of Ernest again is sometimes worth watching a crappy movie. I'm sure kids would enjoy this stuff a lot more than adults as I'm pretty sure that's when I last enjoyed his films.
If you're an Ernest fan (do they even exist?) this is worth watching. Anyone else, probably wouldn't enjoy it.
