Review of Ernest & Celestine (2012) by Frédéric H — 03 Jul 2014
Adorable story about the very unlikely friendship between a precocious, artistic girl child mouse from the underground mouse world and a destitute, lonely and hungry street musician bear trying to survive above ground in a non-people bear world.
It's often hilarious and wild as the 2 become fugitives together, and a tad too contrived at times but well deserving of winning the animation awards. Kids will be fascinated by it.
