Review of Erin Brockovich (2000) by William B — 18 Apr 2010
Julia Roberts does it again in a touching tale of one woman's attempts to gain justice for people made seriously ill by a local oil rig, while keeping her children and new beau (Aaron Eckhart) happy.
In parts the editing is superb, in particular with the use of cross-cutting in the modest love scene. There is no court-room action as such, but overall it is a good film.
