Review of Erin Brockovich (2000) by Esraa B — 16 Dec 2010
At first it started out feeling kinda forced. But then it transformed itself into this profound and inspiring piece of work. Julia Roberts is still Julia Roberts but it doesn't matter because she is absolutely enduring and extremely.
..adorable in a drunk sort of way. She owns the movie from start to finish. This is a film that truly moves you, celebrates the true courage most of us would only dream of possessing. Wonderful work, again, by director Steven Soderbergh, who had me at Sex, Lies and Videotape.
His name jut keeps on jumping up higher on my list. Also, the supporting cast like Albert Finney and Aaron Eckhart, was phenomenal. Wonderful film. Highly recommended.
