Review of Erin Brockovich (2000) by Kristen B — 21 Jul 2011
Quite an amazing achievement it is to take down a corporate company in a lawsuit. I liked the fact her flaws are shown in this movie as she is arrogant, rude and in many ways selfish. There are scenes that hint at Erin working this hard for this big case to boost her ego which has been taken away from her.
Also, she uses her kids to get what she wants, even though she frequently abandons them so she can work. Not only that, but she neglects her lover who is nothing but good to her. I did not like the way everything is justified when she gets her millions.
It was good what she did, but she still treated the people she loved badly to do it!
