Review of Erin Brockovich (2000) by Guido S — 17 Nov 2013
Julia Roberts is trying to return to work after raising her children for 6 years but struggles to find a job even with a law degree. She eventually does file work for a small firm of the attorney that represented her in a lawsuit that didn't go through.
She discovers negligence by a chemical company not properly protecting the water from their chemicals and thus getting the citizens nearby sick. Although the story is interesting, it really doesn't delve into the story too much.
It really just goes about the major plot points and there is not too much in the way of character development. Otherwise, an interesting story if maybe not as in depth as I would have liked.
