Review of Erik the Viking (1989) by Lindsay W — 11 Jun 2011
Only vaguely a comedy, long periods went by where the film seemed to take itself seriously - which should never be allowed in anything remotely connected to Monty Python. The opening scene with Tim Robbins had me expecting ridiculous laughs, but the movie was dull and ambling.
I honestly can't even recall the ending, I was too overjoyed it was finally over.
