Review of Eragon (2006) by Kenny R — 09 Apr 2015
Apart from the awful casting decision of Ed Speelers in the titular role, who spends most of the film looking like a gormless "idiot", this is a thoroughly enjoyable film. The other casting is superb, the filming and CGI are seamless.
This is one of those rare occasions that the film is better than the book that it is based upon (which, in all fairness, reads like it was written by a drivelling idiot).
