Review of Equilibrium (2002) by John A — 22 Jul 2014
Underrated Sci-Fi/Action Film, Which Offers A Great Mix Of An 1984-esque Plot And The Action Sequences Of The Matrix. The Film Features 7 Great Fight Sequences And Has A Great Cast Giving Solid Performances.
After World War 3, The New Government Has Banned Emotion, Any Ileagal Items Will Be Burned (An Idea Taken From Fahrenheit 451). Citizens Must Take Daily Doses Of Prozium, A Powerful Drug Which Represses Human Emotions.
One Of The Best Law Enforcers Is About To Rebel And Dump His Prozium, To Help The Resistance Restore The World Back To Normal. This Is A Fan, Slick & Entertaining Sci-Fi Flick Which Features Some Great Choreographed Fight Sequences.
An Entertaining Ride From Start To Finish.
