Review of Equilibrium (2002) by Gino M — 27 Dec 2012
A derivative pile of garbage. It' rapes Brabury's "Fahrenheit 451" to the point that Gun-Fu is the movies most original idea. Every aspect of the story is implausible since they didn't bother to write a story but merely tweak an existing story with borrowed Sci-Fi troupes.
Utter garbage that avoids 1/2 star simply because the silly Action-Thriller vibe (see Gun-Fu and Matrix marketing) of this movie makes it a Sci-Fi Comedy of sorts. Well in my mind at least. This movie's so bad they couldn't even afford a quality snow globe for the Bethoven Catharsis scene.
