Ok, the movie does lack something, mostly more time with the characters and developing their personality. The slugs were great! It has gorgeous animation and its own personal ideas that allow it to be more unique than just another Ferngully.
Funny, action-packed, pleasing to watch. My kids LOVE it. I hope they make another because the ending was good, but no one likes a romance ending on a "friend" level.
