Review of Entourage (2015) by Roberto L — 05 Jun 2015
I have never seen the show, but I see every film that's out. This is basically a bunch of bros being bros for two hours with no redeeming qualities to them. It's sex in the city for dudes. Over stuffed with pointless celebrity cameos and riddled with plot holes a long the way.
There's a big deal about Ari walking his gay secretary down the aisle that never comes to fruition. You even know Ari allowed them to use his home for the wedding that isn't shown. Meanwhile Turtle fights UFC's Rhonda Rousey for a date that we never see take place either.
I will say that Haley Joel Osmond is fantastic as the son of a rich Texan trying to take control of the film. Also judging from the 5 minutes we saw of the film they were making, "Hydr" it never would've been nominated for a golden globe.
Sorry about it. Overall if you are a fan of the show then you will probably like Entourage, but otherwise there'sittlr to no substance to be found. grade: F.
