I decided to watch the series after it was recommended to me by a few people. I didn't not knowing a thing about the show. After watching the first season I was hooked. I ended up watching the series twice before seeing the movie.
The critics say that it wasn't that good but what you have to look at is that this is a movie based off a show that you didn't need to follow a story line to keep up. The movie is basically watching an hour and a half long episode.
I'm not saying it was the greatest movie based of a TV show. However any real fan of the show is going to love it. So if you are a real fan see it. Don't follow what the critics are saying about it.
