Review of Enter the Dragon (1973) by Sakae I — 17 Feb 2010
There is more substance in a single scene of this film than in an entire reel of any other kick flick that I have ever seen. That is why Enter The Dragon stand alone atop the martial arts genre of movies.
I really can't find anything wrong with it, but so many things about it are really quite extraordinary- Great script, great characters, great direction, great visuals, great soundtrack, oh ya and the kung fu is pretty good too.
A masterpiece of ass kicking fun and an enduring tribute to the legacy of a true talent lost much too early in life. Long live The Dragon!
