Review of Enter the Dragon (1973) by Ben M — 09 Mar 2010
Forget chuck norris, he ain't got nothing on Bruce Lee, an undisputed marial arts god. This movie solidifies Lee as a cultural icon who died so tragically and unexpectedly. This movie was filmed with a better quality and scale than any other of Lee's Hong Kong movies from the '60s with better cinematography and none of the ridiculous dubbed dialogue.
The movie almost unfolds like a James Bond as Lee is sent to an island undercover to compete in a martial arts tournament. The fight scenes are spectacular and showcase Bruce Lee as the ultimate physical specimen that he was.
After you watch this movie and are floored by its awesomeness (believe me, you will be) than you can join the rest of us and wonder what Lee would've done next.
