Review of Enough Said (2013) by Ryan V — 19 Feb 2014
Eva (Julia Louis Dreyfus) and Albert (James Gandolfini) are both divorced parents who are about to send their respective kids off to college. While coping with empty nest syndrome, they develop a romantic relationship between each other.
However, the new relationship takes an odd turn when Eva accidentally befriends Albert's ex-wife (Catherine Keener). The humor of Enough Said is built on awkward moments that cause the audience to cringe sympathetically.
It's driven by its honest depiction of human relationships, mature grasp on dialogue, and terrific acting.
