Review of Enough Said (2013) by Rangan R — 14 Jul 2014
This film was a pleasant surprise and absolutely delightful watch. Not normally the genre I enjoy - 5 minutes in I was considering switching the movie, and yet, 15 minutes in I was hooked - and I'm glad I continued.
The central performances are commendable and the chemistry the two actors share right from their first date is fantastic. James Gandolfini is sensational and was the heart and soul of this film for me.
Smartly written and rich with deep subplots and excellent supporting performances, everything about this film seems genuine and real, and it makes a great transition to appearing as a peak into these people's lives rather than a scripted film.
I loved it and its an absolute must watch in my opinion, I see what the hype was about and why so many critic's put it on their top 10 lists.
Enough said.
