Although Rosen does make a charismatic subject and provides the skepticism that´s needed to appeal to an audience that may think of yoga as nothing more than a workout, I was bothered by the constant intrusion of the director who kept trying to push and lead her subject into a story she wanted to tell.

As a result, the documentary feels too contrived and Rosen´s journey doesn´t feel completely natural.
