Same bill was passed in the house of lords in UK 4 years ago in the name of fight against terrorism....an innocent brazilian got shot 7 times in the head point blank and the scotland yard police chief came up with all sorts of stories about how he jumped the tube barricades and was wearing a huge thick jacket in July,.

.etc which turned out all to be lies from the video footage of the underground station! hmm...
