Review of Enemy at the Gates (2001) by Stuart B — 08 Jun 2009
A movie with a lot of historical importance to it. The battles showed how the Soviet Union sacrificed so many of her citizens to win the Battle of Stalingrad. The cinematography is exceptional, recreating realistic battle grounds with dead bodies scattered all over.
Hard to ignore similarities to the Stallone & Banderas movie "The Assasins".
