Review of Enemy at the Gates (2001) by Nader H — 31 Dec 2010
I like this film alot if only for the fact that we see WW2 from the Russian side, which is very sad considering it the most brutal front of the war.
There are a lot of things to like about this film. A depressing, brutal atmosphere, good performances...Ron Perlman :).
Despite its inaccuracies, it does accurately portray the atmosphere of desperation within Stalingrad, something that cannot be emphasized enough.
