Review of Enemy at the Gates (2001) by Wes G — 08 Jun 2009
This movie is very well acted. Jude Law is a terrific actor as is Ed Harris. The real surprise to me was Joseph Finnes, who held his own with Jude Law. I have head the name Rachel Weisz and seen here before but I had no memory of her work.
She also did amazing... From the stand point of best acting, in the top five movies I have ever seen. The story however is what brought it down for me. It carried on about a half hour longer than it needed to.
It was great to start out but started to get receptive and a little dry. It you want to see some good acting, this is a must see. Also a good war/action movie. Even has a little something for the ladies with the love story between Jude Law and Rachel Weisz.
