So much of the film is realistic in that it's unexpected, from the sudden appearance of the balloon to the ending. Daniel Craig is struggling to cope with a traumatic experience and account for the death of another man when Rhys Ifans appears and stalks him.

It's an interesting attempt at existentialism as the lead character tries to give meaning to his guilt, his stalker, and his failing relationship with his fiancee. An creepy story loaded with philosophy makes it an oddity.

Didn't strike me as much as I was hoping, but it's still worth a look.
