Review of Enduring Love (2004) by Chloe . — 04 Feb 2009
An incredibly disturbing film.
The first 3 minutes of this film is what the movie is based around. It happens exactly like it would in real life, so fast you barely have time to think.
What we witness is quite tragic but strangly poetic.
The movie does drag in places as the story loses its momentum and descends into a horror show rather than a journey of understanding.
The ending was inevitable as the characters had no where else to go.
This movie, like countless other stalker/slasher movies have me frustrated at the main character for not acting rationally, I find myself wanting to jump into the screen and give them a piece of my mind.
Worth a look, even if only for the first half.
