What is the point of making a remake of a bad movie? To make it worse, why did this turn out to be worse? Here's the point of this; Poor boy falls in love with rich girl and the father doesnt approve it.
Seen this a bunch of times and vice versa. Every piece of dialogue feels scripted. The story dripped in melted butter to the point where it's too much sweetness. There is no risk or anything different and all the while, this is no different than any Nicholas Sparks adaptation.
