This movie was just plain boring. It had basically every single stereotypical romance film scene (housefire, airport reunion, stubborn father, car accident, running away for the sake of true love etc.) you could possibly imagine. This basically just made the movie boring and predictable.

The characters were bland and didn't seem to have anything below their beautiful but superficial exteriors.

Also, it was kind of stupid how the writers really romanticised how Jade was extremely eager to give up the internship that would really help in her career to be with a boy she had known for like a month. Why did they want us to root for her to give up the opportunity to be with David?
