Review of Ender's Game (2013) by Bryan G — 05 Jun 2014

I should not have re-read the book before the movie came out. It would have been a good-enough story by itself without nitpicking to notice the scenes that were left out. I do maintain that the movie gives nowhere near enough reflection to appreciate the internal development of the characters and seems to tell, rather than show, their motivations for some of the more heavily-weighted hooves/actions, but I should expect that from a movie.
