Lifeless rendition of a great book. Just narrative by the numbers. The effects are just too much like watching a computer game and too busy to actually be immersive. lifeless and under developed characters go through the motions of the bare bones of the novels plot, without any of its awesomeness.
A shame we shall be unlikely to see the ender sequels or the even more awesome Enders Shadow books set on post formic war earth that were really interested take on future earth politics.
