The gang members are so stupid that they're unrealistic. first of all gang members don't video-tape themselves committing murder. and second they start running after they kill somebody, especially if it's a cop.
not only that, but none of the cops follow procedure at all. I'm surprised the main characters didn't die in the second act. you always call and wait for backup if there is a chance of danger.
the worst part was the noise complaint scene. after not calling for backup, the cops walk into a house filled with gang members openly using drugs. the cops tell them to turn the music down, they don't comply, and then the cops just leave.
none of the other cops even seem to care about the main characters. police officers always back each other up even if they don't like one another.
