Review of End of the Spear (2005) by Breanna K — 16 Mar 2008
First, let me preface this by saying that I didn't have the advantage of having the subtitles on while watching the film. A great deal of the film is in English, and I was watching the movie with someone who had seen the movie previously, so I felt that I got a pretty decent comprehension of the film.
The documentary-like feel of the movie gives it potential to reveal some general truth about human nature, but falls a little short. Sure, it reveals the message that goodness can triumph even over great tribulation, but there was so much other material that was left untouched.
