Really cool film about redemption and love. It was interesting just from a historical standpoint to learn about these people who were trying to save a tribe (which had never dealt with the outside world) from killing each other. It would ahve been so cool to be the boy growing up with the tribe and learning the language and customs.
The only thing that was a little weird was Chad Allen playing the father and later the son, but he looked different enough that it worked ok.
