Review of Encounters at the End of the World (2007) by Matti R — 12 Oct 2008
While this movie had almost all the elements I admire in Herzog's other work, it was rather unfocused and seemed to lack proper form and structure. And I don't mean intentional playing with conventional forms here. Just different themes and things thrown in for no particular reason. They were all enjoyable by themselves,.
but I know Herzog can do better.
