A magnificent film about Antarctica. The visuals are stunning and the sountrack fits the images perfectly. Herzog is not concerned about global warming nor is he trying to comment on the many unusual people that he encounters; he is fascinated by the beauty he sees and this is largely what this film is about: Herzog's journey to Antarctica.
