Not sure why this won Best Documentary 2008. Slow year? I found this very dull. Pretty pictures of Antarctic flora and fauna, but the narrator was really annoying. The theme here was how quirky everyone in Antarctica is.
But I found I just didn't really care about the ultra-geek scientists. Maybe it's being a geek and surrounded by geeks. This just wasn't "otherly" enough to be interesting.
