And if you just watch it to hear the seals and see the underice/water creatures, this movie is worth it -- but the people are also interesting, and, in spite of his claim not to focus on fluffy penguins, there are still some in the movie.
Great volcanic shots as well, showing how insane Antarctic folk are (and you have to see the bucket white out to believe it...).
