Why 2 stars? Because this movie is bad! Dax Shepard gives about the worst acting performance in history. Jessica Simpson? Basically serves no purpose in the film other than eye candy. The plot? Ha... Let's just say there's a reason this didn't win any awards.
Not a very watchable, and certainly not a very memorable film.
