Review of Empire Records (1995) by Troy R — 14 Feb 2009

This movie seems like something I'd like a lot more if I was younger or was a teenager when it was released (I was only 8 when this film was released so, yea). The cliches and ridiculousness of some of the premise (how are they really gonna warm up to a kid who tried to rob their store in a matter of hours?) just don't do it for me.

I still do enjoy the part towards the beginning of the film where they're rocking out to AC/DC though.
